Typically, we require plenty of time to book your move. Most of our requests come in about three to four weeks in advance. However, we are sometimes available for last-minute moving requests. Contact us as quickly as possible to secure your moving date with us.
Do you provide packing and unpacking services?
We provide partial and full packing to meet your needs and budget. We also will dispose of boxes as needed.
What if something was damaged? What kind of protection do you offer when the belongings get damaged?
We protect our customers with the federal default released valuation coverage per item. Our liability extends to items damaged only while under our care and custody. There are additional coverage options for your belongings as well. We can discuss this further when scheduling your move.
How long do I have to file a claim for a damaged or missing item?
While we do our absolute best to protect all elements and assets during your move, accidents can happen. Please notify us as soon as possible in writing. We are required to provide written claims within 30 days of the move and resolve the claim in writing within 120 days.
