I have been trying to get a 4th Axis for my I2R A24 for a long while. Got my order refunded twice due to unavailability. But they assured me it was going to happen and kept me informed. Took a while, but they came through. Sometimes patience is key. Well done!
So I live within driving distance of the store. I sent them an email about a part being in stock and if I could pick it up.
The email response was (I paraphrase Yes we have the part and follow this link to order). I thought well Ill order it an be able to denote in store pick-up. WRONG! No such ability. I really hate when people ignore an email that I carefully wrote expressing my needs. Secondly I had to pay $12.14 to have something delivered to me that I could have picked up for free. This is why family owned stores are disappearing they try an act like Amazon, but can't compete. Also, you cant go into the Store what is that all about, definately not customer focused. Sorry guys the Truth is the Truth.
I have previously given this store, a negative review, but feel that I have jumped the gun. Kara Graham, Who by the way was amazing throughout this whole process told me that this company goes through a third-party vendor sometimes and that was the delay in my shipping. So as far as this company goes i have nothing but positive reviews.

Read the terms of sale carefully before buying here! They have VERY consumer-unfriendly terms. I placed an order for a very expensive piece of equipment. After reconsideration, I decided I wanted the MORE EXPENSIVE model, instead. When I tried to cancel the initial order (it had not shipped yet) so I could order the more expensive one, they refused. They claimed they had already submitted the order with the manufacturer, and they couldn't cancel it. Again, the order had not shipped yet.
Their terms of sale claim that ANY returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, even if the item is brand new and the package has never been opened. So instead of trying to make a happy customer and selling me a more expensive model, they'd rather leave me on the hook for a 20% restocking fee and leave me feeling bitter and cheated. They could just cancel the order at no cost to anyone, but they choose not to.
I'm never buying here again. I'll return the product, eat the 20% restocking fee, and buy the more expensive model elsewhere to ensure they never get more of my money.
update 2025-06-12: Credit where credit is due (pun fully intended), they DID in fact refund the entire order amount once they received my return, AND they covered the cost of return shipping. I appreciate that, and have increased my rating from 1 star to 4 as a result. Would still prefer better, quicker communication and a clearer, more customer-friendly return policy on their website.
