Yesterday during my workout the volume was turned up and “Start me up” song came on. The girl next to me said today is my favorite day of music here and I do not like the music they normally play.

All ages come around, classes are offered to everybody. The staff are respectful, friendly, and supportive in your fitness goals. For the first time (in my four years of strength training) I feel part of a gym/fitness community.
