One of the cleanest gyms I’ve ever seen. The Employees are really genuine and helpful. Joeal is a pleasant employee with an amazing demeanor kind and respectful. Very helpful and knowledgeable in MMA and BJJ.

Love Michael's spin class and Nate's hiit classes the best but all the classes are good. Great gym.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but the music volume at this gym is just unbearable. It’s so loud that it’s hard to focus or even talk to the trainers. I’ve asked staff a couple of times if they could lower it, but nothing changes. It feels more like a nightclub than a place to work out. Definitely not relaxing or motivating — just overwhelming

I had one of the worst experiences with UFC FIT Plantation.
Back in April 2025, I signed up for a free trial. Before the trial expired, I told the sales rep I wasn’t ready to commit since I wanted to compare other gyms in the area. I was told that was fine, but they insisted I “leave my information in the system” so that if I came back later, everything would already be set up. I was explicitly told I would not be charged.
After the trial, I never returned to the gym and ended up joining another facility. To my surprise, I later discovered multiple charges on my account that I never authorized.
On August 14th, I contacted the GM, Matthew Vistoso, who apologized and said he would loop in the operations team. Since then, I’ve sent multiple follow-up emails (August 20, September, etc.) and called the location directly, yet no one has resolved the issue. At one point, the manager at the Plantation location told me there was “nothing he could do” and that I had supposedly signed an agreement — which was presented to me under misleading circumstances.
Despite repeatedly asking for the charges to stop, they have continued billing me for a gym I never used after my trial.
This gym has shown dishonest sales practices, zero accountability, and complete lack of customer service. I would strongly recommend avoiding UFC FIT Plantation unless you want to deal with misleading contracts, unauthorized charges, and managers who ignore your requests.

I signed up at UFC Fit on July 15th for 3 memberships at $250/month. On the very first day, I was told the system was having issues and that I’d be charged $267 just once, then $250 going forward. That never happened — I was charged $267 again the following month.
When I called to fix the billing, I was told multiple times that the manager (Curtis) would call me back. He never did. When I finally reached him by text, he said the extra charge was “taxes,” which had never been explained. I asked to downgrade my plan before the next billing cycle, and he confirmed in writing that the new price would be $116.63. Despite that, I was charged $330 the next month.
I also made it clear that I wanted to cancel one membership, and I was told the enrollment fee would be waived. None of that was honored. Instead, my messages were ignored, I was overcharged, and the process has been handled with zero accountability or transparency.
On top of the billing issues, the front desk staff are not very friendly. Most times they are busy having their own conversations with each other and don’t stop talking even when a member first walks in to check in. It gives off a very unprofessional and unwelcoming atmosphere.
This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had with any gym. Misleading pricing, ignored requests, overbilling, and poor customer service. I will never return to UFC Fit and strongly caution others before signing any contract here.
