  Went with some friends over the weekend for dinner. We ordered various dishes and all had such incredible taste. Will head back for Happy Hour this week or next. I look forward to trying more from the menu. Service was spectacular and great recommendations.

  I was referred to Uchiko Miami Beach by a bartender at Sweet Liberty, who told me to sit at the bar and get ready for the most amazing sushi of my life — and wow, that was an understatement. I went on September 20th, sat at the bar (there were two male bartenders and a lovely female server who took care of me), and ordered the “somakase.” From start to finish, it was pure magic. My server guided me through an incredible progression of dishes — each one more beautiful and delicious than the last. The flavors, presentation, and quality were absolutely next-level. Every bite was a perfect balance of creativity and craftsmanship — you can taste the care and precision in everything they do. The team behind the bar made the whole experience warm, welcoming, and unforgettable. This was hands down the best sushi experience of my life and easily one of my top dining experiences ever. I’m already planning my next visit and can’t wait to bring friends so they can experience it too. Uchiko absolutely blew me away — if you love sushi or just appreciate exceptional food and hospitality, this is a must.

  We had such a fantastic experience at Uchiko thanks to Bianca! She was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. Her recommendations were spot-on and really enhanced our meal. Bianca anticipated everything we needed and made us feel so well taken care of throughout the evening. Uchiko is already an amazing restaurant, but Bianca’s service made it truly exceptional. Highly recommend asking for her if you want an outstanding dining experience!

  Uchiko is a must visit. Sit at the sushi bar, and you will be lucky if Bianca and Esteban are serving you. They made our visit an absolute treat. Celebrating our anniversary here was so lovely. Every bite was delicious and the service made our overall experience one to remember
