Our facility offers a range of storage unit sizes to accommodate various storage needs.
How do I know what size unit I need?
To assist you in selecting the appropriate unit size, we provide a reference guide: a 5x10 unit is comparable to a small closet; a 5x15 unit resembles a large walk-in closet and can store the contents of a small bedroom; a 10x10 unit is half the size of a standard one-car garage and can accommodate the contents of a large family room or two bedrooms; a 10x20 unit is equivalent to a one-car garage and can store the contents of a small house; a 20x30 unit is slightly smaller than a double garage and can fit the contents of a 4-5 bedroom house.
Do you have any restrictions on the type of storage items one can store?
Yes, we have restrictions on certain items to ensure the safety of all tenants. Prohibited items include combustible, flammable, hazardous, toxic, illegal, or radioactive materials. Specifically, gas, propane, compressed gas, motor oil, acid, fertilizer, grease, asbestos, narcotics, explosives, fireworks, chemicals, and hazardous, radioactive, bio-hazardous, or toxic waste are not permitted in our storage units.
Can we store construction equipment or vehicles in the storage units?
For inquiries about storing construction equipment or vehicles, please contact our management directly. Any approved construction equipment or vehicles must maintain current insurance and registration at all times.
Can we store household items in the storage units?
Household items and appliances are permitted in our storage units. However, certain appliances such as generators, refrigerators, washer/dryer units, and space heaters may not be plugged in or used within the units. Please note that living in storage units is strictly prohibited.
Are pets or animals allowed in your storage units?
Our policy prohibits the storage of pets or animals in any of our storage units.
Is it a secured facility?
Our facility is situated on a private access road and features several security measures. These include an electric gated entrance with 24/7 coded access, robust fencing, and ample lighting throughout the premises. Tenants are responsible for providing their own insurance and locks for their individual units.
