  Disappointing results after two seasons and $3,200. I hired Tynic in late 2023 to apply loam and hydroseed over bare patches on my leach field. Unfortunately, only weeds came up. They returned in the fall of 2024 with a seed slicer to try again. Now it's October 2025 and the results are no better. After two growing seasons, lots of watering and multiple attempts, I’m left with patchy growth and more weeds than grass. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend their services.

  Shawn and the crew at Tynic do an incredible job. They are meticulous and attentive to detail from the start of a project speaking to the amazing people in the office through the actual work of the work with how hard working the workers are and until the end where clean up is impeccable. Couldn't say better things about this company and couldn't recommend them more than I do now.
