  Just picked up my new ride and had a great experience working with Jesse Solis at Tynan’s Volkswagen. Jesse was quick to help, super responsive, and didn’t leave a single question unanswered. He made the whole process smooth and actually enjoyable—no pressure, just solid info and good vibes. The rest of the team was just as helpful. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure everything went right. From start to finish, it felt like I was dealing with people who knew their stuff and respected my time. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, definitely worth checking out this crew.

  Rachide R. in the Service Dept. was kind & considerate. He explained each step-of-the-way thoroughly. I appreciate his demeanor. I have been a customer of Tynan’s for YEARS, purchase new ride, tires, service and accessories. They have even serviced my 🚌💨 1985 Westfalia!! Thanks to the technician too.

  Had a great experience leasing a new iD4 this past week. Jesse helped us and was incredibly helpful, respectful, and patient. We were hemming and hawing for a bit when push came to shove, and he gave us the space we needed, never feeling pressure. He was also very communicative after we left and made it clear he was on top of things, which I appreciated. This is the second vehicle I've gotten at Tynan's VW and I've been very impressed with the service and deals. Highly recommend and thanks Jesse!

  It’s ridiculous how they hire new people to play ignorant to the fact they’re unsure if a loaner will be on or not. When I have a loaner and my car is ready they gave me a due date and from that point they knew if a loaner would be in that day/next day. You would think if something went wrong with your car twice and now for the third time they would be more considerate of getting you set up with a loaner. These people here do half ass work and have no consideration or take any accountability for their team. My timing chain broke for the now 3rd time and each time I have to pay a claim fee of $400 and they just make it seem like they’re doing such a great job and they don’t! Last time they even took pics of my car before I dropped the car off and when I picked it up my mirror was off and then I told they and they want to charge me for it now. Crooked company; I’ll be going straight to BBB!
