THE WORST SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! I scheduled a tire rotation 2 weeks out for my Nissan ARIYA. Came in today at 11am and Adnan Hassan told me I have to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes for this appointment. He said it’s normal for people to wait this long and said that people have been waiting since 8am. This is absolutely ridiculous that a tire rotation takes this long. He said if I don’t want to wait, come back another date like my time is not valuable at all. Never come back here again. Very unprofessional ! - Sean

I bought my new Nissan frontier pro X4 last week. Ryaan was my car salesperson, and he was incredibly patient, helpful, respectful and effective. The dealership has everything for you to buy your car in the easiest, safest, and fastest way possible.

I called the dealership about a service bulletin I received from another shop regarding a strange noise my car is making. When I called, I spoke with Luke, and the experience was extremely frustrating. He was rude, talked down to me, and didn’t take the time to explain anything about the service bulletin.
What made things even worse was when Luke mentioned that “they always have to charge for something.” That comment really confirmed my frustration with taking my car to a dealership — it feels like no matter the situation, there’s always a charge. Hearing that from a dealership employee made me feel completely validated about my concerns. I informed Luke that I just got a diagnostic on my car that I would be happy to provide. I’m not paying another $250 for a diagnostic when I just had one the day before that’s when he made the comment that they have to charge for something.
As a loyal Nissan customer, I found his attitude and comment completely unacceptable. It honestly makes me not want to bring my car here or buy another Nissan in the future. Luke needs to be spoken to or written up for how he treats customers — this is not how loyal customers should be treated.

Absolutely horrible every time. They always manage to break something when I have them try to fix it. They couldn't fix multiple of my problems and every time they test any batteries it always stops working within a few days. So disappointed. I've spent so much money here just to be disappointed time and time again
My husband and I have been car shopping for a couple of months now so we've been to a lot of dealerships. Tynan's Nissan was a great experience! And for us, what made it great was Ariana. She welcomed us with a smile offered to help us with any questions we had but didn't hover and was not pushy. We asked for a test drive and she arranged it immediately and she had no problem going with us when we asked in case we had questions on the way. We didn't buy that day because there were a couple more cars we wanted to test drive but when we came back the next day she greeted us again with the same friendly smile and immediately brought the car we were looking at back around so we could check it out one more time. Once we decided that was the one we wanted, she took us inside and made the whole financing experience smooth and easy, along with their financing manager. Jose. For the next few days after we had the car, I had some random questions about it so I texted Ariana and each time she replied within the hour. Can't speak as to how the service department is since it's too early for service but as far as sales go we were very impressed! Thank you Ariana and Jose for your professionalism and friendliness!
