  Recently became a resident and have mo complaints. The move in process was easy and simple. Veronica is great she answered every question and never was annoyed lol.the apartment is beautiful and in great condition. Don't plan on going anywhere anytime soon.

  The smell inside the apartment is unbearable. The neighbors smoke a lot of different narcotics and substances, which is unpleasant, especially when you have small children at home. It's possible you'll get poisoned if you live here. I really love the property, but inside your apartment, it will seem like you're smoking uncontrollably because you communicate through the air conditioning ducts. So your clothes and belongings will always smell of marijuana and cigarettes, which is extremely bothersome for people who don't use any type of drugs. So now we are passive smokers against our will!

  My name is is Jesus I have been living in these apartments for almost a year now, and although I haven’t yet decided whether to renew the lease , I want to say that Ms Veronica the manager is doing an impeccable job trying to keep everything in order and very clean, I hope this time she stays for long time, because more than three managers have come and gone. I also hope the corporation supports hers and gives her the treatment she deserves as an excellent leader .

  I did a self guided apartment tour which I liked. When I arrived had trouble finding the apartment I was touring Veronica at the leasing office helped me find the location. Very detailed instructions on how to get into apartment when I arrived. The apartment was the perfect size for just me and my dog. After the tour I returned back to the leasing office with questions. All my questions were answered. I even got help filling out my application at the leasing office. Veronica was very professional and kind to me. I'm excited to hopefully call Tymberwood Trace apartments my new home.
