- NSNicole Strom6 days ago1.0Do not sign a lease here!! The management team is unbearable. They never pick up the phone, respond to emails, and are only in the office until 5pm (if you work in person you will never catch them). I purchased a garage spot that included a sensor to get into the garage. They instructed me to put the sensor on my car. When I did that, a few weeks later the sensor broke and I couldn’t get into the garage. When I brought it to management, they charged me $200 to replace the sensor they supplied me. Keep in mind they already charge $200 to park inside and the inside lot is kept at 100 degrees year round. They scammed us on our last months rent payment too in the guise of it including our security deposit, even though we put a $500 security deposit down when we moved in. There are cheaper spots in northeast that actually care about their residents. The only pro is the gym & the rooftop. The walls are paper thin too!
