- EKEmily KingApr 27, 20221.0Unless you have time to waste with useless parts guys, don’t bother with this place. Absolutely terrible customer service. I had to pick something up and couldn’t get there til 4:30 (closing time) called ahead earlier in the day and asked if this would be an issue. Woman on the phone said no problem. Got there at 4:30, parts guy is completely checked out, tells me he can’t sell me the parts that are sitting there because I don’t have an account, he doesn’t have paperwork, they’re closed, etc and that I’ll have to come back in the morning. Businesses in the area tell us they won’t even buy Volvo equipment anymore, that’s how miserable this place is to deal with when you’re trying to get parts.
