I have delivered food to bankers at this location twice now. Both times, I was on time or better, and there were no problems with the order. They didn't tip at all, zero, zip, nothing. I actually lost money on these two deliveries. We get paid a bare minimum as a base payment for the delivery trip, regardless of tips, but those base payments barely cover fuel and repairs. We do not get paid hourly. We rely on you to tip appropriately for the order. Not tipping literally is like begging a stranger to get your food for you for free. This is super lame and I am personally blacklisting this address/establishment from taking any more deliveries for them. I will also never do business here, and I will recommend to everyone I know not to do business with them. These people are bankers and can more than afford to tip appropriately for deliveries, especially on time and in good order, as I have. It's not even like I expect a lot, or a % of the order. Consider how much time and effort your food delivery person will need to put into getting your food to you in good order and on time and tip accordingly, instead of being a mooch. If you don't want to tip, go across town and get your own food. If you think the system should work differently and you shouldn't be expected to tip, call in to the company and complain that we aren't paid enough and tips shouldn't be our only income. I can only complain and suggest things to them on occasion. I don't control how the system works, I'm just doing my job really well, and people like these clowns at Two Rivers Bank & Trust are why I may have to quit and find another job. There already aren't enough drivers, and the fewer there are, the less likely anyone will be around to delivery order, and you may wait longer and longer to get your order put through.
