  We went river tubing on August 23 with a group of 15 people, and it was such a memorable experience! The staff was incredibly accommodating, entertaining, and helpful. Our bus driver kept us laughing and made the ride so enjoyable. During our trip, my husband lost his phone, and I honestly thought we’d never see it again. Ten days later, I received a call and text from Karen letting me know someone had turned it in! I was so touched by her effort and honesty—it truly shows how kind and caring the team is here. Thank you, Karen, and the entire crew for going above and beyond to help us. You turned what could’ve been a unfortunate situation into a heartwarming reminder that there are still amazing people out there. Highly recommend this tubing experience!

  I’ve been coming to Twin Rivers Tubing each summer for several years now and it’s always been a wonderful experience. The check-in is always smooth, staff is friendly, the safety talk is thorough and the backrest & cooler floats are game changers. Don’t sleep on paddle rental either. It makes a difference! All of that is great but I’m prompted to finally leave a review after my experience yesterday. The winds were particularly bad and our typical float time doubled with way more paddling than usual. Usually we have time to stop for lunch and to just relax but for most of the day if we weren’t paddling, we were at a stand still. My bf & I were exhausted by the end of the day and, being on the autism spectrum, that meant I was in tears and really struggling by the time we went to return our gear. I was embarrassed and expected a side eye or two but the staff was *incredible*. We were ushered inside and offered a quiet room to get more regulated in where they gave me aloe for my sun burns, offered to turn the lights out and let me take all the time I needed (even though it was the end of the day). I never felt rushed or judged by anyone and when I composed myself, I was met with a hug and concern. It really meant the world to me to be met with such care and understanding in a difficult moment. If I wasn’t already loyal to TRT, they absolutely solidified that I won’t be going anywhere else for my tubing trips. 10/10

  Always a fun time, and all of the employees are absolutely phenomenal. Everyone is so kind and accommodating. My girlfriend and I come here at least once a year for the past 4 years and we look forward to it every year. If you're not from around the area the employees are also really knowledgeable about restaurants in the area if you want to go out to dinner afterwards, and some restaurants even offer a discount if you have your Twin River wristband. The backrest tube is definitely worth the upgrade and getting a cooler float and renting an oar makes everything so much easier

  Awesome experience! The staff (including desk pup Remington!) were very friendly, kind, and helpful. Whole process was easy, from check in, to the short bus ride to the drop off spot, to the kind jetski staff member who checked in on us and helped tow us the last yards to the beach. Will absolutely be back again.
