  The course is relatively good shape, greens are massive but roll true. Best value on the west side. The pace of play was great and will be back.

  Greens were slow and the pace of play was SLOWER! 1 HOUR TO PLAY 3 HOLES? Tee boxes are sandy and unlevel and need to be closed and redone along with the overgrown trees!

  Twin Bridges is certainly a study in contrast. On one hand, the overall course condition is no better than a 3, the greens are a bit beat up, the fairways are as hard as a rock, and the bunkers are an imbarassment. On the other hand, the price is very fair, and the layout is spectacular! The best you will find on a public course. If you moved the tips back 30 yards, the layout would support a pro tournament.
