  After living here for one year, I can attest that my experience here at Tuscany has always been smooth and pleasant, from the day of my apartment tour, to inquiry follow-ups, signing the lease, and finally moving in. The management team, especially Nadia and Juliet, is exceptional- always friendly and swift to respond to any questions or concerns. The convenience of the package lockers and the valet trash is very helpful. If I could give another five stars specifically to maintenance, I would! Kolyo, Jay, and Minko go above and beyond to resolve our maintenance requests and address any potential or minor fixes that catch their attention. Management also organizes fun community events and food trucks for us, which is always nice :)

  Tuscany is a pretty complex. Impressed with the clubhouse and pool area. Apartments are nicely appointed, and the location is ideal. Juliet took extra time to answer questions. I appreciate that when other complexes just refer you to their websites. Customer service was fantastic, which bodes well!!!!

  This is an extraordinary property. I moved here a few days ago + couldn’t be more greatful/ thankful for Juliet and Nadia. They made my move in very smooth. The maintenance team seems to be on top of things as well. My apartment was very clean. Feels like family already 💕 thank you Tuscany.

  I love this apartment complex! I’ve lived in Atlanta for many years and have been in and out of apartments and this is by far the best one I’ve lived in! I’ve never had a maintenance issue that wasn’t resolved by the end of the day, the leasing office staff (Juliet and Nadia) are phenomenal, and they keep up with the appearance, both interior and exterior, very well! They also have really good security, who patrols the parking garage at night! The gate never gives me any issues, I’ve never had any problems with the appliances In my apartment, and there’s valet trash 5 nights a week. If you’re looking for somewhere beautiful, safe, and conveniently located to just about anything you could want in Atlanta this is the place!

  I can’t say enough good things about the leasing management team here, specifically Juliet! From my very first tour to move-in day, they’ve been nothing but professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They truly go above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. Every question I had was answered quickly, and they took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and informed. What really stands out is how approachable and welcoming the team is—you can tell they genuinely care about the residents and take pride in the community. It’s rare to find such a responsive and supportive leasing staff, and it makes such a difference in feeling at home here. If you’re looking for a place with not only beautiful apartments but also a top-notch management team, this is it!
