When I questioned John at the counter about the cost of the parts, he couldn't have been more rude. I'm all for a markup on parts, but to mark them up over 100% is absurd. Unfortunately they've now lost a regular repeat customer.

- TFTyler FAug 23, 20241.0Came in for alignment, about a hour or so later was told they were unable to align truck. When I drove away I noticed the vehicle was worse than when I dropped it off. Steering wheel used to be straight but was now crooked. Took to another shop that was able to align properly. Mechanic said previous alignment was way off. Would strongly suggest finding another shop to work on your vehicle.
