  My Tuff Shed installation began in December 2019. After a number of issues and multiple return trips for repair work that was always resolved unsatisfactorily, there was still work that needed to be completed to finish the job. I was told in mid-January that the fix was something that needed warmer weather and I'd be contacted to get that done in the Spring. By June, no one had contacted me, so I reached out about it. Work was scheduled and then no one showed up and no one communicated with us as to why there was a no-show. I was then told, upon contacting them that they needed consecutive days without rain, etc. Another month has passed and still no one has contacted me to have the work done. The fact that this has been an 8 MONTH process and the only consistent thing has been the lack of customer service and communication (e.g. we have to contact them, they never contact us without prompting) is indicative of the fact that their problems are certainly beyond being pandemic-induced. Also, they still owe me a refund for a portion of the work that was not done 8 months ago. DO NOT buy a shed from here!!
