  The sheds themselves are good quality but, customer service is sketchy to say the least. They don't come out and survey beforehand. Meaning you will buy it, contractors come out day of building and will refuse to work if your yard isn't up to specs. These are important details that would have been ironed out with any other contractors ahead of time. Instead, you're left scratching your head with tuff shed. Stuck after you paid for everything. Not a good business practice. I purchased my shed through home depot and they'll throw them under the bus. Blaming them for everything. I also don't like their ramps and the fact they don't install ladders. Save a few bucks and headaches and hire a contractor you can trust and avoid tuff shed.

  Working with Paul, our new shed was designed, built, and installed as agreed. The shed turned out to be better than originally imagined.

  Could not be more happy with Paul and his help with getting my mom a Tuff Shed. He was so responsive, professional and helpful! All questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. From start to finish it has been a great experience. The shed was installed today and we could not be more pleased. Everything has gone so smoothly! Highly recommend Paul and Tuff Shed.
