Very happy with the end product. Due to customizations there was one glitch during manufacturing but Tuff Shed made it right immediately, without question. I was very pleased with Haley the sales rep, Chris the installer and Hayden the manager in the Mobile, AL office.

She was very transparent and communicated well. When the ball was dropped regarding the delivery, Haley was quick to assist in making things right for us. When we had to drive to the office on Monday to determine why the shed had not been delivered after two cancelations and one no show Ricardo took the time to sit down with us and explain the comedy of errors and expressed his sincerest of apologies. He even offered us three options to "make it right." Haley went above and beyond this by speaking with the general manager to offer us two of the three options. Overall, we love our shed and Chris did a fantastic job installing it in the extreme heat.
