  Brian was just so awesome! He made our whole experience fast and easy! We got everything we were looking for in our needs and even made it better with our wants! I highly recommend! We can't wait for install!

  I change mind and didnt buy it becouse the warranty is 40 years for some pieces but only 10 years for the structure that holds those pieces, I had give $1,000 up front and before scheduling a appoinment for the delivery I cancel and ask my money back, 4 months had pass and they do not answer my phone calls, emails, etc. I havent receive my money back. There are so many others factories please do not choose Tuff Shed, you are not goung to be 10 years paying someyhing that is going to last less than that. Expensive. And a company who is not going to answer you, they see in they computer your phone number, they send the phone call to the answering machine. After this review they finally answer, asked me my bank balances and told me the payment didnt go through, so took 4 months to know. Thanks Google for this opportunity to have a voice.

  We purchased a Tuff Shed storage building in Lubbock recently. The entire experience from start to finish was outstanding. Brian, our salesman was friendly and accommodating to all of our needs. His customer service was as good as it gets! The delivery team, Dave and Frank were just as good. They were on time, friendly and extremely hard workers! Our storage building looks great! Hats off to Remington and his entire staff.
