I found it difficult to navigate the tax office process. Gabe was my sales associate and Artem Medveded was my installer. Both were fantastic and are very detail oriented. Highly recommend both if given the option.

For us it was a pretty drawn out process because of work travel and family issues, but Vicki worked with us tirelessly to make sure we ended up with exactly what we wanted, and we couldn't be happier with the quality of the installation. We did have a minor hiccup on the scheduling side (no show / no call on the scheduled installation day) but that was quickly resolved. The professional and friendly crew (the supervisor has Australian Shepherds like we do) had the shed up in one day a few days later with zero issues. That aside, I would absolutely recommend Vicki at TuffShed if you're in the market.
