  My wife and I had been considering a shed for a few years, and once we began the process of shed shopping, it was abundantly clear that Tuff Shed provided an overall superior product. The quality of the framing, the attention to the build and the focus on top notch hardware really was quite clear, after touring other local shed company products. We worked with James Crawford, who was clear, communicative and helpful with all of our questions. We used R&P Site Prep for the gravel and lumber base and were thoroughly pleased. I'm not sure whether I'll need another shed on my property, but if I do, I know who to call.

  Good Customer Service, Timely Responsiveness, Quality and Economical Product all rolled into one. The visit to the Tuff Shed Store with Mr. James Crawford was the epitome of friendly customer service that is so rare these days. There was no pressure to make a purchase or to get something specific to my taste. He worked within my budget. Everything was delivered and installed timely as promised. The final product is very satisfactory. I'm looking forward to adding my final touches.

  My shed experience with Tuff Shed was great, from the ease of designing it online to the final installation. My sales rep, James, was courteous and informative, especially in reviewing my city's permit requirements and the installers were respectful and worked quickly!

  I had been looking for a shed for while and I liked Tuff Shed after seeing them at Home Depot. However, I wanted something more custom so I went online and found them and notice they had a design tool on the website so I designed one. The very next day I received a phone call from James Crawford, a local Tuff Shed sales representative saying that he saw my design, complemented me on it and proceeded to make recommendations for improvements which really set it apart from all that I had seen to date. He was very attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly and I can't say enough about the great purchasing experience. By the way, the shed was everything and then some that I'd hoped it would be!! The picture is worth a thousand words.
