They even called the manufacturer and replaced the controls well over a year after I purchased it at no charge. Anytime I’ve called they have came out in less than 48 hours. He’s so helpful when I take my sample in and he tells me exactly what I need to add to my sauna and pool to have clean and sparkly water, always. He is always so friendly and pleasant to work with. We did not buy our pool and spa here, as they were already in the yard when we bought our house but if we ever move, this is definitely the place we will go to buy our pool and spa! For now, I will never buy chemicals anywhere else.
