Great customer service, friendly people most of the time. You usually don't have to wait too long.

I would not choose this bank to bank with. They closed my husbands credit card for “inactivity” with no notice at all. He had to call and ask what happened to it and they seemed really annoyed to be dealing with him. So many other banks with so many better benefits. Their money market is a joke and their credit cards have laughable benefits. Just look at other banks

I got a weird fee for using an ATM at a shared branch. Called up and they couldn't figure it out why so they refunded it. I carefully continued using the ATM and it was fine for a while. When a fee popped up again (actually a third one had gone unnoticed too) they blamed me and refused to do anything. The new story is that they did it once as a courtesy and supposedly explained they wouldn't do it again. In reality they failed to understand that while this other credit union was a shared branch for some reason that doesn't automatically mean you can use the ATM too. (Yeah, it's stupid.) And while the first five transactions are free each month anything after that gets a charge. You see though, I had to dig all that up myself by hunting around the internet and calling several other credit unions! At TruWest their own staff is too incompetent to know anything about how this stuff works. I had even speculated about both of those facts on my initial call and they completely ignored me. (You get to keep my money, TruWest, but I dare you to listen to the recording of me being right the whole time.) First they failed to point out the non-network ATM despite the co-op branch location. Second they missed the five transaction threshold for fees -- which is their own fee schedule. Moral: Record every conversation you have with these buffoons.

I went here on Sept 2nd with a friend to switch some accounts over. We had the pleasure of having a young lady named Jaliyiah help us. She was a pleasure to work with. Great customer service! She had a great personality and a beautiful smile. Thanks for the great service. We will be seeing you again. Wendy & Mike
