Not too busy and usually I can be in and out in 5 minutes. Only once have they not been able to help me because their card creator machine was down but they called and made sure the other branch would help me.
- LILaura IlligJun 18, 20251.0Pretty darn poor service for a credit union. Visiting Tempe to help my Nia-immobile elderly father. He wants to clear out his safe deposit box. They say he has to come in to do that in person. What part of immobile are you unable to understand? Is this really the first time you’ve had this issue with an elderly family member- in Phoenix!?! get that you have to be safe and protective, but there was zero ability to do creative or collaborative problem solving. No other solution? And bad attitude to boot. Glad Dad will be leaving.

How do I enroll in online banking?
Enrolling in online banking is easy! Within the first 45 days of opening your TruWest account, you may use your member number as your username and last four digits of your Social Security Number as your password. After 45 days, please contact our Digital Banking department.
