She called three different times with me to their customer support to help me out with the ap and to get my car payment switched to a different bank acocunt etc. I hope you forgot my embarassing password I made in front of you already. I don't know who is going to read this...but it took over 30 minutes and she was so patient. GIVE THE GIRL A RAISE!

How do I enroll in online banking?
Enrolling in online banking is easy! Within the first 45 days of opening your TruWest account, you may use your member number as your username and last four digits of your Social Security Number as your password. After 45 days, please contact our Digital Banking department.
