- JMJessica MOct 14, 20251.0Trying to get ahold of a person via phone at this credit union is impossible. I had to drive to the location for a simple question that could have been answered if they picked up the phone. I was 22nd in queue to be put on a recording after I got to #9 15 minutes later and had to hang up. 2 tellers were free and chatting when I arrived.

I had a car loan with them and paid it off within the first year, but the process has been nothing short of a nightmare. While a few call center staff were knowledgeable, most were not able to answer my questions correctly and often gave me inaccurate information. Something as straightforward as paying off a car should be simple, but instead it required multiple calls and endless runarounds. Do not bank with them.

How do I enroll in online banking?
Enrolling in online banking is easy! Within the first 45 days of opening your TruWest account, you may use your member number as your username and last four digits of your Social Security Number as your password. After 45 days, please contact our Digital Banking department.
