- MOMichelle OlguinJun 19, 20251.0It seems my bank likes to play games⁉️ I had a balance of $304.99 which I use $53.65 at Sam's in Nevada and $4 my balance should be $247. not $199.!?????? I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and find an attorney to sue the bank ! That jalapeño bucks got paid on the 25th, AND NOW CHARGING ME AGAIN... NOT HAPPENING. YOU KUST GOT YOURSELVES A LAW SUIT !!!🎯💯‼️

Nope, a couple weeks later we got told the account was closed due to an audit. They were so gung ho to sign us up. Yeah I wish they would’ve told us these requirements before I wasted a whole day of our time. Won’t be coming back

How do I enroll in online banking?
Enrolling in online banking is easy! Within the first 45 days of opening your TruWest account, you may use your member number as your username and last four digits of your Social Security Number as your password. After 45 days, please contact our Digital Banking department.
