They had everything we needed and the lady who helped us was so helpful and took us through the process with patience because we did have lots of questions. She answered them clearly and honestly. Enrolling in online banking is easy! Within the first 45 days of opening your TruWest account, you may use your member number as your username and last four digits of your Social Security Number as your password. After 45 days, please contact our Digital Banking department.
