Nicci helped me and my mother manage a nightmare with my credit card and multiple disputes. She spent one on one time with both of and called card services and the card operations to help get the situation resolved. We were able to get it all resolved and was a stress lifted. Enrolling in online banking is easy! Within the first 45 days of opening your TruWest account, you may use your member number as your username and last four digits of your Social Security Number as your password. After 45 days, please contact our Digital Banking department.
