  They over torqued a spark plug and didn't tighten the ignition coil. It snapped inside and ruined the gasket destroyed the ignition coil and I hoped thats all it did. They refuse to cover the cost only the diagnostic. Their own technician said it had snapped inside and while loose destroyed the gasket and ignition coil. Yet they refuse to pay for repairs.

  When I bought my car Mike at Subaru was amazing. He made sure the car was great before I got it. He helped make the payments manageable. And he would call to follow up to see if there was anything else I needed weeks later. He took care of things for me even on his day off. I would highly recommend working with Subaru!

  Customer service all around was incredible at trust Subaru, Andrew was a great sales associate he was never pushy and provided great customer service, Leti the Love encore specialist was incredible and very knowledgeable about the vehicle when she taught me everything I need to know about my new outback and Ynez the sales manager was so helpful with an issue I had I feel like family here they treated me so well when I bought my first outback here and had to come back !!!!

  From start to finish, our experience with Subaru was absolutely exceptional. Danny and Noe, our main sales contact, was outstanding, knowledgeable, attentive, and truly invested in making sure we found exactly what we wanted. From the very beginning, he guided us through the process of building our custom Subaru, answering every question with patience and expertise. Inez, the General Sales Manager, played a huge role in making the process seamless. Her efficiency and professionalism sped things up tremendously, turning what could have been a long, stressful process into something smooth and enjoyable.
