  Half the pumps don’t work with Chase debit card. It’s been that way for a while and apparently asking the employees is inconveniencing them. I was told with attitude it’ll probably still be that way. I love Shell gas, but I won’t be coming back here.

  This was my go-to gas station and across the street from my house but I will certainly not be returning there again. Went in to purchase drinks and wraps from this Truenorth at around 7pm on 6/30. All I did was ask the price difference between two items and the employee "Chad" got noticeably annoyed rolling his eyes and said that he could not do that for me. That seemed odd, so I asked if he could just scan them and let me know the prices; he complained that he would have to scan them on the other register and stared at me, showing no intention to do so. I again asked if he would please scan them and let me know what the prices were. He finally did, slammed them on the counter in front of me and stated that the one was $3 MORE. I asked him what the price was, he REPEATED "its $3 more then that one." At this point I was positive Chad was not going to give me an answer to my question because he had every opportunity to talk to me like a person and chose to talk to me like I was garbage instead. I can only assume he is racist or something alone those lines since he had every opportunity to complete the simple transaction and did not do so. I took my business to the gas station next-door, which I will be doing exclusively from now on. Would never set foot in a place that employs such an immature man-child to be in a customer service position.

  It is a nice gas station in the area. The gas is decent and they have lots of snacks and food. They also have beer, wine and other malt liquor drinks.
