- MAMark Alberthal6 days ago3.0Presentation was fantastic! Brisket and ribs were good. However I thought that the sides would be better. Coleslaw tasted like it was the regular coleslaw they sell in the store. The beans were very thick and were ok. Also I got the 2 meat plate and the charged me an additional $3 for the ribs.

I’m not a restaurant traffic flow expert, but the way this location is setup with bringing food to the front counter is not good. It’s a decently long walk for the partners to bring food up from the kitchen. Following that, if the order is to go (which most are for a grocery store), it’s not even bagged and ready yet. So another partner has to stop what they’re doing to bag the food up and call out the order. On top of that, waiting 30 minutes after placing your order, not including queue time, it’s beyond unacceptable. The beauty of BBQ is you wait to order, but when you order, you get your food right away. On top of that, my order ended up being wrong. Just not good, work on your process.

When we ordered we knew they were out of brisket but once our order was ready they informed us they were out of ribs as well so we had to change our order again. Maria was so great at handling the situation with not only us but everyone who had to change their order. She offered several options and was willing to make it right. I really appreciate her customer service, and her friendliness.
