  Never knew HEB had an in-house BBQ place….True BBQ. The bbq was better than I thought it would be. But what was phenomenal was the customer service; so very friendly and helpful. Experience True BBQ at least once; you won’t be disappointed.

  Food was amazing! Everything was done professionally and a timely manner. Was really impressed with Sashea, she has a bubbly personality and kept a smile very bright smile each and Every-time we spoke. My family responded very well to her being at our event and she was great with the kids.

  Ms. Sashea White was very very professional and courteous . She offered suggestions in reference to Desserts that were on point which i will forever be getting every time i visit . She is very knowledgeable of menu . I think you have a VALUABLE EMPLOYEE WHO DESERVES RECOGNITION and I wish you had more employees like her. You have a great potential manager on your hands. if she is not a manager she should be ! A DEFINITE LEADER 100%

  Food was ok here. Food seasoned well. Iexpecting the price but ok. They promote the small sandwich for price value appearance, but you need to get the larger size if you're hungry. 15$ for a sandwich is high and it doesn't include sides. Pickles we're dry. Bread was ok.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I stopped by True Texas BBQ inside H-E-B on Stan Schlueter and was blown away! The food was absolutely amazing—everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. You can really taste the quality and care they put into it. On top of that, the customer service was just as impressive. Karla and Nina were amazing. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. It’s rare to find a place where both the food and service are top-notch, but True Texas BBQ delivers on both. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re craving some great BBQ—you won’t be disappointed!
