She took the time to explain there was a short wait on the mac n’ cheese and kept us informed the entire time, which we really appreciated. Danielle also took the initiative to tell us about the upcoming holiday meals — her friendliness and attention to detail truly stood out. Exceptional customer service like hers makes all the difference. We’ll definitely be coming back!
