Of course this is located inside an HEB, with a nice little area to be able to sit and enjoy your food. You approach the counter to order on a kiosk. The worker was kind with her willingness to help me order since it was the first time. You order and pay on kiosk. You then receive a text of them receiving my order and then in a few minutes, I received a text that my order was ready for pick up. Because I didn’t like the option drinks, I went to the store part and bought what I wanted. My husband ordered a stuffed potato with smoked turkey slices. My husband stated it was good but he removed some of the meat, it was over stuffed. I ordered a poblano & cheese sausage link sliced which came with 2 slices of bread, pickles, onions and bbq sauce; elote bowl and Serrano cornbread. The sausage was not spicy but with a little kick. The elote had pickled red onions on top and plenty of cotija cheese on top, with a lime wedge. The cornbread was not spicy but flavorful and moist. When I picked up my order, it was missing the trimmings for sausage but I walked over to the counter and let them know and they immediately made it right. We will be back to try more on the menu.

I am so sorry, I was looking forward to this BBQ due to the hype. The BBQ wa standard. The sides were small, expensive and I thought very spicy because I don’t like spicy and I told him that to begin with. The sauces were terrible to me. I could eat at all, had to take my sandwich home. We were charged $1.80 a piece for a 12 cent bottle of cheap water. We are not wealthy and these “sandwiches” that we went for cost $33+.with all 3 small sides. Not again. Sorry, I love HEB.

I always buy brisket and either half a pound or a pound and bring it home and freeze individual pieces I live alone. My husband passed so it helps I get like maybe three meals 3 1/2 meals off of that pound of brisket if I wanted burnt ends, I would’ve ordered burnt Ends. I saw that on your menu. I can’t imagine anybody wanting burnt ends anyway I had a couple of those that wait on the on the pounds they’re kind of big in if I’d wanted Burtons I would’ve ordered and I didn’t. The brisket is very good and usually I come in about six 630 and they don’t have anymore And people are asking so maybe they’re not making enough brisket if they making a fourth more or a third more and see how it goes because I’ve been turned away many time.

Came in not knowing what to expect from these guys, but WOW! I was completely blown away with thier brisket. I was given a sample of both lean and moist. Both delicious! I ended up getting the moist brisket sandwich with the fixings and it really hit the spot. I definitely recommend trying it out! And Rick the cashier who attended me knocked it out of the park with amazing service!
