  I'm telling you, the brisket is UNRIVALED! I've been to a lot of the "famous" bbq spots in Texas, and this brisket measures up against any of them. I always request fatty brisket, and they do not disappoint. It is a wonderful, perfectly and expertly wrapped juicy mess when I get it home. Note: BBQ (meat) is expensive nowadays and brisket (which used to be a cheap cut of meat) is no exception. Meat by the pound here is pricey, but excellent. The rub on the ribs is WAY to spicy for me and I don't like the mouth feel of all that dry rub spice in my mouth. The sides are all mediocre imo, so I don't get those. But, hey, it's a BBQ place and it is great for that. I wish I lived closer to the store. The service is counter service and varies greatly from store to store. I've been to two or three in the Houston area. ) Some employees ask all the right questions--what kind of sauce, etc., some ask nothing. I received no sauce with ribs at the Plano store bc i thought it would be in the bag. Atmosphere? It's in a grocery store, for Pete's sake. The atmosphere is irrelevant. LOL. (Unfortunately, not all HEBs have bbq.)

  Let me clear some shit up right now, stop hating on this place. I ordered a 2 meat plate with 2 sides. Oh my god the food was plentiful and delicious. St.Louise ribs were good size and tender, Brisket was A-1 you actually taste the smoke in this meat and the seasoning and the sauce. Let me say you can taste the love. Give them they ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sorry about pick had to get it in and it’s gone LOL

  The BBQ was really good. I got a pulled pork sandwich. The customer service was good as well. The sides are not good. I got the coleslaw and it had too much mayo. I swapped it the greens and they tasted like they were directly out of a can. The banana pudding didn’t …really taste like banana pudding. It was kind of a sugary mess.
