True Texas BBQ is slow smoked in-house for fourteen hours over natural hardwood, and it's darn delicious. So much so, it was named Best BBQ Chain in Texas as recognized by Texas Monthly. We offer barbecue by the plate or pound, plus delicious sides like brisket beans, mac & cheese, potato salad and coleslaw. Full service catering also available for groups of 10-1000+

When the sandwich came out, it was so thrown together that I had to eat it with a fork and knife; I could not even pick the sandwich up. Not to mention, I received a coupon for the same sandwich today (Monday, October 7th) and look at difference of the photos! My sandwich only had 2 pieces of burnt ends; the majority of the sandwich was mac & cheese. I just feel like I got ripped off. This was the third time I have dined in and the only time I have had an issue.

IMPROVE please We ordered 3, 3 meats plates and asked for ribs, brisket and sausage 2 sides per plate bringing the total with one drink and 2 mineral waters to $95 and change average 31 dollars per plate of Dried Over cooked Ribs supposed to be 3 ribs but looked like a finger size the brisket was dried out and beyond salty, mac and cheese was salty as well and we told Eddie all that he responded was we don't kook it here. Please don't take this as a bad review for a single visit but take it as a warning of something that can happen to you HEB is not about low quality but this store is lacking exactly that. will not be coming back or recommend to anyone in my circle.

The pork ribs made me squeal with orgasmic delight. I left nothing but bones. Mac and Cheese......that left me stuffed like no other. 10 out of 10......will return again.
