  I received a mountain of oil without a fork or napkins and the delivery took more than an hour. Terrible service. This is the first time I order food here and the last. You can't imagine the pain in my stomach I'm feeling. I had no other option. I'm working, I had to eat.

  Elote bowl w brisket was AMAZING! Easy to order at kiosk, received order FAST and it was delicious. Toppings - pickled onions and cotija cheese added perfect touch.

  I wanted to get a Barbecue sandwich 30 minutes before they opened and they gladly accommodated me. The barbecue is outstanding. Great food and excellent service.

  Still trying to find good Texas brisket. This definitely isn’t it. Still have to go to Rocky top in Tennessee for the real thing.

  The brisket was good. Not great but good. And that is saying a lot coming from me. I am a bit of a BBQ snob. Brisket is the top of the bbq accomplishments. And True Texas Bbq at HEB on 242 does a good job. Like I said, not great but a solid brisket.... and when considering the price. It comes close to great. The ribs are good, but ribs are easy. The ribs were to expensive but good. If you are looking for the best Texas BBQ you may want to look elsewhere. But if you want a solid classic Texas BBQ experience that won't break the bank and is close to home.... then True Texas BBQ at HEB on 242 is definitely worth giving a go.
