  Mitchell was great once he got to my house....However...... setting up and appointment was a HUGE ordeal. :( On August 7th, I specifically asked for a 3 o'clock appointment on August 11. I got a text that said a technician would be here between 8 and 12. Then another text that said 11 to 3. I was not going to be home until after 3. I called to correct that early Monday morning and a 3 o'clock appointment was made by a person on the phone. By 6..... no one had come. I NEEDED a technician to come that night as I had waited 5 days for a repair. More phone calls.... I think someone really tried to find somebody...but with no success since it was 6 PM! We resorted to an 8 to 12 window on Tuesday morning. Mitchell came about 9:30 and made the repair.

  The response was quick after I reached out, they mobilized assessed the problem with our lift station pump and ordered parts, installed the same day. Very professional service, we definitely will use them for non emergency maintenance or repairs in the future.

  I highly recommend True Plumbing. The owners Eric and Sheila are good, honest, Christian people. Eric and his team have an amazing work ethic and were quick to diagnose and solve the plumbing issues at my home.
