Whether the home was built in 1940, 1960, or yesterday, most homes have between 30-100 defects. Don't buy a home only to find defects after the purchase. I am specifically trained in detecting defects in these type homes. I provide a detailed report of what I find during the inspection. My inspections exceed the state requirements which most inspectors use. I also take the time to explain the report so there are no unanswered questions.
