  Mike was great! I had a issue with my Maytronics cleaner. I stopped in the store, and then minutes later he told me what was wrong. Also tested my water and advised me on products that would help me get my pool back on track. He was very knowledgeable.

  Have used them for two years to help maintain my inground pool. Everyone is helpful from water chemistry, assisting with closing and opening pool, to helping load products! Very helpful in educating on water maintenance and what is causing recurrent problems. Will be using them when we replace pool liner in the next year. Highly recommend!

  I ordered their top of line pool Carvin Downtown and told them I wanted a complete kit with preformed coves and the best stairs and pool light that goes in the water return it takes them a week to get anything when my stuff came they ordered me the wrong stairs which its what they charged me for so whatever I took them even though it really wasn’t what I wanted we loaded everything up and headed home finally got to start putting the pool about 2 weeks later after waiting on getting the ground leveled and stuff started opening boxes and realized I had no coves checked the receipt and I wasn’t charged for them so I built them out of sand and moved on got the liner put in filled with water up to the point of putting in the return and skimmer opened my light and it’s the wrong light so I gotta try to return it but I’m just putting the regular return in because I do t want to wait another week for them to get the light now trying to hook the the chlorinonator and I have no fittings no hoses no clamps for it this is 3rd pool I have put in and it has had the most nagging little issues of any of them UPDATE: I am changing this to a 5 star because all the people at True Blue has gone above and beyond to make things right great bunch to deal and are truly concerned about tho customers
