- KCKaty CressJun 11, 20251.0Do NOT go here!!!! The worst customer service ever. He made us feel stupid and we left without any answers. Called American Pools and Spas and they were wonderful and friendly. My advice is to just go down the road to American in the first place.

They were so helpful and professional. My pool had a major leak and they were so informative and helpful in getting me the help I needed to fix the situation. They were extremely patient with me as I was losing my mind over the mess I was left with. They are amazing and I highly recommend!!!
