  As many of us will unfortunately experience at some point, my air conditioning stopped working on one of the hottest days in Texas. After discovering that my compressor had failed, I needed to find a trustworthy HVAC repair company in the area. Based on high reviews and their motto, “Do it right the first time,” I decided to reach out. Kristen promptly scheduled an appointment for the next day and even sent a text confirming who would be visiting my home. Jace arrived as scheduled, was very professional, clearly explained the issue, and provided a practical solution. The compressor came with a lifetime warranty, and they also offered a maintenance program to ensure my unit is properly serviced both before summer and winter. I was very impressed with their kindness, professionalism and care throughout the entire process.

  Ralph was thorough and detailed in his work and did a great job making sure the AC closet was sealed properly and the unit was working to its full perennial and all the rooms were getting proper air flow from the ducts in the attic. Mike was also awesome coming to speak with us about the unit, how it works and answering questions we had. Great team and wonderful service. We very much appreciated the time they took with us to help us understand how it all worked. The unit looks amazing and works fantastic!! Our old one was about 22 years old so it was time for a new one and the new AC has made such a difference in the house cooling without having to use the window unit anymore ! It’s so nice. Thank you all so much for your time and effort put into making sure we were fully satisfied with the quality of the service provided.

  Guy is the one who came & fixed the unit. He was fantastic. He knew the problem, had the part & fixed it probably within 15 minutes. I would definitely use them again.
