Only time I got a call was when he wanted his payment. This is just the tip of our issues with them...but won't go into detail here. Again - terrible customer service...doesn't care about the customer or end result, just his money!

After finally finding the location the owner put a sign on the door saying that they are closed today. I was able to rent the U-haul and pay online. So after 30 mins of driving around trying to find the location I had to call and get a refund and now have to spend more money to move in one trip! Very disappointed and unqualified customer service. There needs to be compensation for this ridiculous adventure.
