  The people here are so nice and very helpful. I had my bicycle and my child cart both repaired here and it was more affordable than I expected. The gentleman was so helpful and answered all my questions the best he could. Definitely recommend.

  Really bad vibes from the shop owner, everything is really overpriced. Told me 50 dollars just for truing my rims! I went somewhere else and they did it for 30 and I didn't even ask for a low price. Definitely worth traveling for repairs and better prices!

  First time in the shop and Mike dropped his project and installed a water bottle bracket and mirror. Had a little talk time and left the shop. Half way home I realized I had left my helmet. When I called, Mike said I have it here on the counter and he gave me store hours so I could pick it up later.. I told the whole story to emphasize the importance of local vendors. You're not just a number to someone who punches the clock. Like the logo states "Troy Family Bike Shop".
