Bought a Troon Summer card on June 6th and still hasn’t been set up. Called and emailed multiple times and was told I should pay for another one because they didn’t see a purchase, even after sending my receipt and credit card transaction. Followed up multiple times and got nothing. Filed complaint with BBB and disputed with my credit card company. Long story short, poor system in place and even worse customer service and support. Will never buy again.
Update: A manager reached out and resolved this issue for me. Troon card set up. A system issue. In the future, hopefully better communication and awareness for customers, but happy it was taken care of.
