I just spent several hundred dollars for a new disposal unit! And...I actually ENJOYED the experience! Codey Hardman is an absolute delight. He knew exactly what the problem was right away, and explained it and showed me the what and why. He explained the options. Then was able to fix it to MY confidence. Meanwhile, we discovered common interests! I recommend Codey without reservation! And look at how CLEAN he left it!
I’d give no stars if I could! Jonas told us we that it was leaking CO2, that the heat exchanger was bad and we needed a new furnace! I got a second opinion and our furnace is fine, I totally suspected this was the case, it’s 10 years old.

I would give this company a 0 if I could. They are absolutely horrible.
They came to my house in June. I asked them to do a maintenance check up. While doing the check up they claim something broke and told me I had to pay to get it fixed. There was water everywhere. It cost me 1000 to fix when it wasn't broken before they got here. After they fixed whatever they broke, there's now no water pressure coming out of the kitchen sink or bathroom sinks. I reached back out to them to have someone come look at this and never heard back.
Then they had me sign up for some monthly package that would give me deals everytime they came out to my house to do maintenance. I signed up.
They sent me this huge report about all the things that need to get fixed. I took that report to a different company where they quoted me SIGNIFICANTLY LESS than this company. But because of this dumb monthly service thing I took the new companies quotes and asked triple T if they would match it. I called them in August to match the invoice. They told me to send the invoice to their email. I never heard back.
I called them again in September about it. They said they would look into it. Never heard back meanwhile they are still charging me a monthly fee for some membership???
I called them again in October about it. They said they couldn't find any emails and asked me to send it again. I did. The guy told me he would call me back in a couple hours. Guy calls me back the following day instead. Tells me he can match the invoice that I had now gotten two months prior and needed the work done the entire time. Mind you, this is two months with no water pressure in my kitchen sink or upstairs bathrooms. The guy tells me that he will get me scheduled on the books and will call me back. Never calls back.
I call to cancel my membership and the lady on the phone was so unhelpful she said there's no notes about it at all and I said "cancel everything" and she said "thanks for calling" I said excuse me? Is my membership canceled" and she said I have to get approval for that?
This lady was just going to move on with her day without confirming cancellation.
HORRIBLE COMPANY. Do not use them. Incompetent on every level of the business.

Abraham Polakoff did a wonderful job diagnosing the issues of the furnace at our home. He was not in a rush or hurry but was thorough to do a good job. He answered all my questions so I had good information to make a decision whether to make repairs or look into purchasing a new furnace. Abe did send a representative of sales to give me a quote when I asked for pricing. Triple-T did a good job and seems like a good company to work with. I hope they will continue to do so. Thanks
We had Triple T come out on Monday to inspect our 20 year old furnace and they found a large crack in the heat exchanger. They documented this with a remote camera and we scheduled a replacement for Friday. They were able to bump us back to Thursday, before the storm.
Jayden did our installation. He was polite, professional, and efficient. He briefed us in on the work he would be doing and answered our questions before and afterword.
After the old unit was out of the house he disassembled it to fully expose the cracks in the heat exchanger.
Install time was under three hours. He squared away the area, explained the new power switch and outlet configuration, and explained that there would be a brief smell or light smoke as the heat exchanger cooks off the oil present from manufacturing.
Excellent work. They also did our last one, too.
