  I went in to talk about getting a ring for my significant other. I was up front that I know absolutely zero about jewlery. I had some diamonds given to me from my parents that were from my grandmother to use if they were of any use. Mary spent lots of time, patiently mind you, with me going over all aspects of what we could do. I ended up having a custom ring designed by her. Throughout the entire process, everyone at the studio was extremely kind and helpful. Every step along the way was explained clearly and advice to keep me on the right direction. At the end, it was exactly as we had planned, but even more bueatiful than expected. To top it off, we were even under budget! I will absolutely be going back to them for all my future needs! Thank you Mary and the entire Trios staff for making this a wonderful experience in every way. P.S. she absolutely loves the ring!
